Following the success of our groundbreaking film, Fellowship of the Bearing, thousands of riders were quickly joining the sport, inspired by the incredible riding they saw from Colabo. Although I honestly did not see it coming, I took immediately took action to ensure the safety of the new riders, often very young.

With my passion for the sport and commitment to education, I launched my summer program and within just a few weeks, developed an educational riding program that taught young riders proper practices and techniques to achieve high-level riding skills while also staying safe.

To this day, I still speak with pride about the School of Riding, calling it my most fulfilling project. I remain dedicated to my mission of promoting skateboarding and have a vision to bring the School of Riding back, inspiring even more riders to get on a skateboard and experience the thrill of the sport. My leadership and passion for skateboarding serve as an inspiration to riders everywhere, reminding us all of the positive impact that one person can have on a community.
